Kenwood Golf and Country Club
Kenwood Golf and Country Club is a private club with a select membership of approximately sixteen hundred and was founded in 1928.
The club is based in the rolling Maryland countryside located in Bethesda, Maryland six miles from the White House and is surrounded by luxurious residential properties.
The yardage on this course is deceiving and can add to the challenge. The fairways and greens are narrow, well bunkered, and have all the fun hazards that make a round of golf such an interesting challenge.
The signature hole of Kenwood golf and Country Club is #8, a 373-yard, par 4, which has a fairway that slopes severely from left to right with out-of-bounds completely down the right side.
You’ll have to avoid a large birch tree in front of a well-bunkered green to conquer this unique hole.
